I'm looking at a nicely updated unit with a ton of fixes and they are asking 27k... While I like the unit, I'm wondering if this seems in the ballpark? It has a full upgrade wet bath, beautiful woodwork and lovely closet systems. They admit that it wasn't gutted and started over from scratch... But upgraded as necessary. It has nice flooring, so I assume they did the subfloor (previous owners) as it had a previous life as an Airbnb... The body is in nice shape as well. Any thoughts?

IMO think a little high but prices are what some will pay if they want reguardless of condition or other factors.
