Way to shop around. I bought a 23' 78' Safari. It cost me 10G's and had quite a bit I had to fix. I had never owned an RV before and I think it was just too shiny to resist.

Wonderful! We have a 29 foot 1989 airstream, and we ha e seven kids ages 9-15. We built buns in th back or all of them, and it works great! Maybe you should consider making a bunkhouse as well!
