It looks like it's a customized 1964 (or older based on the door-in-a-door) Globetrotter or maybe a Safari that originally had twins up front which is why the door is in more of the middle of the body. Airstream never made a true cab-over model like Avion did and this is (was?) definitely started off life as an Airstream. Looks like they did a pretty good job...looks like it belongs here: Airstream Oddities
