If you go to the Airstream Club International website, navigate to the International Rally page and scroll down you will see a Flickr slideshow that shows a few pictures of the campsites. You can get an idea of where the utilities are located.

Just got an email with electric, water, and sewer connection length information. It said everyone needs to have a 30' sewer hose. Standard hoses are in 10' sections, with most having two of these. So I'm guessing we'll have to get extensions in the form of a third section of 10' hose. I'm wondering if all that can be stuffed into the carrying tube under my AS (27' Flying Cloud).

Google is your friend for 50 Amp extension cords. I just picked up the same 30' cord mentioned in the email for $129 from an RV store in Ohio. Even if I don't need it, it may come in handy one day.

Amazon also has it for a bit more money

There are several Amazon Hun Counters in Rock Springs. I do not see a locker and the packaging of a sewer hose might be too big for a locker.

I ordered a toilet to a locker in Tennesse a couple of years ago and it did not fit and was returned to Thetford.

We purchased an additional 20' sewer hose and a 15' extension 50A extension. Already have an extra water hose. Hopefully we will be able to reach the services!

I have a newer AS so my 50amp plug is near the rear and my FW inlet is in the center. After close review of the site pics at Rock Springs I should be OK with me 25’ power cord and 30’ FW hose and if you note, the sewer tube is inside the fenced in parking area so my 20’ sewer slinky should reach there as well. Of course there is always the risk my connections will be 6” short 🤪

There will be signs directing you to the welcoming area. After checking you in, you will be directed to your apropriate parking area.

Wash

Does anyone know if we are allowed to wash our rigs onsite during the rally? Thank!

I think it would be highly unlikely that it would be OK to wash one’s Airstream while parked at the fairground where the International Rally is being held. It would be better to wash both one’s trailer and tow vehicle at a local self-service car wash upon arrival, as I plan to do.

I'm bringing 30' of Rhinoflex. As far as electric, my flying cloud is 30A. So I'm bringing a standard 30A cord with an extension and a 50A dog bone at the end of it. I'm assuming you can plug a 30A into a 50A pedestal with the adapter.

I received confirmation that washing will not be allowed onsite at the rally. Has anyone scoped out a self service wash bay in Rock Springs that will accommodate turn-around space for our rigs? Thanks!

Washing would be a definite no-no. Maine was awesome. I am so jealous of all who are rallying in Wyoming. Love from Philly. See you in MO or PA!

The rally is in full swing with numerous events every day. 1200+ Airstreams is the most in 20 years. We are parked in the Vintage area and are enjoying getting together with many of the friends we have made over the years.

Tomorrow is the golf scramble that I have organized and we will have close to 120 golfers playing.

At the rally opening, I had the honor of representing all the Air Force veterans in attendance.

Actually, there are more than 3300 Airstreams according to one of the guys that was driving a golf cart (for transporting people to and fro).

That seems awfully high. He must be counting Airstreamers, not Airstream trailers. Even that seems high - it assumes nearly 3 people per trailer.

I am not there. We had to cancel a couple of weeks before the rally. But...the club information said that the venue had about 1300 sites and that there were several campgrounds around that were booking for the convention. So 3300 sounds like a huge overcount to me.

Is there a keeper of an official registration count? They should be able to get close to a semi accurate count of trailers.
I saw someone had a utube drone videoing the Rock Springs gathering. A screen grab and count could prove semi accurate as well.

Last official count I saw was a little over 1200 trailers as of last Monday.
I imagine there will be an official count at closing.
