OMG, this is Steve and Kelly from Texas. We just left Mackinaw City this morning. We have been at Mackinaw Mill Creek for the past 3 days. When we were leaving this morning we saw a couple of Airstreams at Tee Pee Camp ground. Is that where all you guys are? Bummer, I should have gotten on the forums to see what was happening around Mackinaw .

To all following this rally. This morning were sitting here on the shores of one of our Great Lakes. It is Pure Michigan. Last night was a group dinner of a local dish called Pastys.

Then we sat around the campfire and chatted. Next Adam and his 30ft Boston Whaler buzzed the shore line .....any one have any of our Airstreams from the water???

But the coolest thing about seeing all you Streamers pulling in. And can't wait to see all 28 of us here..

The Straits of Mackinac were much rougher today. We all got wet with spray but it was a blast.

Great pictures! Keep them coming. Tell us about the Grand Hotel buffet please. Did you look through telescope at the moon? Are you in a special section at the campground? It looks nice with lots of space and greenery and privacy.

Thanks for all the great photos! It is almost like being there. Anyhow it is the best I can do right now- just look at the photos. We will be there next year for sure.

Now I was there 3 years ago on a motorcycle trip. See my photos below.

The last photo is a little one picnic table roadside park in Mackinac City with a view of the bridge. It is in a residential section. You can not see the picnic table from the street. I figured a great spot for a cup of coffee and a Cinnamon roll.

O.K. folks, with todays rougher waters we're splitting the 4:00 boat outing into two groups. Dan, Dawn, John & Becky are going out as scheduled at 4:00 PM. Nancy, Laird, Ralph and Carol will be going out around 6:00 PM.

We're on the 4 pm boat ride given by Captn. Adam Kelly's,pride and Joy. So it. Was nice to just watch the weather go by.
