The battery manager should charge all batteries if the switch at the door is on.
If that switch is off, blame the Fusion. The Fusion never entirely turns off. A longer push helps, but it still pulls some current. Many of us have installed switches to totally cut off the Fusion when not in use. There are threads on the forum with part numbers for matching switches.

Joe, to clarify, what are you calling the Chassis battery. The 2020 and newer Interstates do not have a BIM, but have a Victron Buck Boost system, to protect the MB electronics. It controlled by a fuse under the PASSENGER feet floor. NOT under the driver seat. There is no longer a jack there but a bank of fuses.
