Welcome to the AirForums! Sorry your introduction came as a result of a problem you're having.
Part of the problem is that you can't possibly get an accurate reading of the charge state of your house batteries unless you completely disconnect them (i.e. remove them from the coach) and let them "rest" for about an hour so that the chemical processes going on in the battery have stopped. If the batteries are hooked up and there is any charging source at all— solar, shore power and Magnum charger, engine alternator, or generator— then any attempt to measure battery voltage will instead measure the charging voltage. So your batteries could be stony dead, but as long as a charging voltage is present, your control panel might mistakenly show the batteries as fully charged.
Before going any farther, turn off everything that you can turn off. Then locate the house batteries and disconnect at least the negative terminal of each. Then wait about an hour and use a voltmeter or multimeter to measure the voltage directly at the batteries. That will tell you whether your batteries are really charged or if your control panel is fooling you.
