replacing fan in 1985 345

Hi Our ceiling fans could use replacement. The back one is loud and the cover is cracked. Interested in upgrading to the a maxair or something a bit more modern, but don't want to have to cut the top of the AS (or do anything else crazy complicated) Thanks so much. Everyone is always so helpful. We have a 1985 345
Thanks so much
