Non-RV Faucets
Can you use low flow/pressure faucets to replace the stock RV faucets?

Yes. The only question is connecting the PEX tubing instead of PVC.
But I'm sure there are fittings.

You can. I also have a Moen in the bathroom. The one thing to be aware of is the added weight, if you are carefully counting ounces in your trailer.
