I hope you were refering to a dutch oven perhaps? If you can put a pot in an oven you can cook in a dutch oven. The only difference is the pot becomes the oven. By putting coals on top of the lid...

Dutch Oven clean up

Hi Ted,
Thanks for the info. On small spots of rust I use salt and vegatable oil to rub it out, salt removes the rust and the oil follows it in. Rinse and re oil, good to go.
