Left overs!
Left over home made French bread with shaved deli roast beef, covered with home made French onion soup and a sprinkling of freshly grated romano cheese.
I confess - this menu idea came from a Rachael Ray show earlier this week and I have made enough for the week!

Dinner?
Manhattan cocktails with cucumber/chevre/black olive tapade appetizers, marinated "aged" (discounted) beef loin steaks from the local "Foodie" supermarket, baked potatoes with trimmings, and steamed French green beans.
