Best innovative interior pics

I am looking for some interesting ideas on innovative interior remodel changes or inventions that other owners have installed in their trailers to accommodate more full time living in them. I have searched through the forums and found them scattered around, was hoping to get together some of the best in their completed stage.
I was amazed also at some of the interior decorating I’ve seen and would love to see more. Would appreciate photos or directions to find great posts or websites with them.

Thanks so much,
Carol

Interior pics

Currently on E-bay there are pics of a 345 with the interior done in a 1950's style. Not my taste but worth looking at.Pete

Check my posts in the 2005 Classic area. In the most recent posts, I swapped the couch for two reclining rockers to make it a better 2-person trailer.

We have enjoyed creating several décors for our 2006 19' Bambi through curtains and cushion slip covers, etc to fit our mood or our destination...with no structural changes. We have also worked with a number of other AStreamers (with various models) to give their units new life or a customized look. You can visit our décor site (link below in our signature) and you can visit our forum thread: http://www.airforums.com/forums/f206...ors-44543.html The possibilities are endless!

New modern kitchen counter and cupboard doors work great in our 23.
Check out our images.

Still Trailable

Interior shots by Charles McFarland of the "finished" '78 Sovereign:

Kitchen - extra deep stainless sink, granite counter top, hidden variable intensity halogen back lighting.

Living/Dining Room - Bose suround sound speakers, uplighting behind valence.

Bedroom - new drapery by Ambruso everywhere but the bath.

Bathroom

During the redo we left a "finish" board as an endcap for the medicine cabinet - removed the rest of the bathroom wall. The porcelin commode just "seems" so much nicer.

Mary made a "bathroom curtain" - sort of a privacy curtain if required - more for looks than utility. I clocked the commode 15 degrees or so towards the hallway - leaves MUCH more room for the necessary paperwork - guess that is why they are installing toilets this way on many new units.

I built a gaucho extension that turns our old bed into a King size. Still tweaking it, but what a tremendous improvement in comfort. The extension adds 22" to the bed and allows us to sleep lengthwise. We now can get out of bed without rolling over each other.

Once I do "the finish work", I'll post some pictures.

Oh my gosh, how beautiful!
I think my problem is that since my trailer is older, 1966 Tradewind, I have to find some ideas that go with that style. Kind of vintage looking so I don't have to re-do the whole thing, and I am not into the 50's mode either. I have oak throughout, I like the look of wood and a rustic feel. I saw one very recently on here that I think was for sale, had a woodstove in it, that I liked the looks of (the trailer I mean, I'm not putting in a woodstove...) Wish I could find it again to take another look at the photos. It also had a black dog laying on the carpet..

Here's the link. Its from a marine stove website. I've seen this before and knew exactly what you were referring to. It has some really cool modifications but the shower and tile in the bath is weird for a travel trailer.

This thread is a great idea! I'm really enjoying the pics of beautiful and creative decors. We are in process with the Pergo flooring going down first after the bathroom wall and door come out to make the bath/dressing area extend from the sink to the mirrored closets.
There is an accordian pull privacy door next to the fridge. Has anyone ever installed a folding wood door there instead?

That Marine Stove trailer out of Brooklyn N.Y. was sold to someone in Southern California a few years back. I guess they never got involved here on the forums, or at least never that I have seen where they mentioned that trailer.
Anyone know any more about the purchasers?
That is one of my favorite interior customs, seems quite doable for the less than professional. Marine stove has moved from N.Y. to the Vancouver/Seattle area.

Found a whole collection of incredible, VERY innovative, interesting interiors with some great ideas after digging a little deeper into the website with the Adirondack trailer.
Click on website below, go to Client Restorations at bottom and be prepared to settle back in your easy chair for awhile. It certainly kept me up past my bedtime last night.

This is our 1967 Globetrotter redo but with a lot of the original colors- same bathroom with all new automotive finish on the surfaces. The vinyl over the cabinets was removed and all the wood was done the same light color.
