You guys are a bad influence.

I was happy as a clam with my '08 model "some other brand" camper. On my very first trip I pulled into a local campground to find myself in the middle of the east coast VAC rally (Jun 19). Now there is a '64 Tradewind in my backyard. After a week of evenings just scrubbing I'm asking "What have I done?". I am looking forward to what I hope will be some fun. Wish me luck. Mike

Welcome to the forums.

It sounds like you've been infected badly. There is no cure for Aluminitis.

So Paula, are you heading out to pick up Airstream #3? Or is it #4?...
We're living in Airstream #5, so I guess I shouldn't talk...

Mike,

Welcome to the forums and welcome to the Aluminum Lifestyle. We attended our first VAC rally years ago and our summer schedule has been organized around WBCCI and VAC rallies ever since. (We will go to 5 or 6 this year.)

People ask me, "What happened?", and I always tell them, "We fell into bad company."

See you down the road,
Nuvi

Mike,

Welcome, you met some wonderful people in the East Coast VAC rally. If you are ever out West, you will meet some more wonderful people. Aluminitus is not curable.

Bill

Mike, I was at that rally too. Glad some of "our" aluminum "habits" wore off on you. Welcome to the forums.

Talking It spreads like a disease

Mike, from another one of the members of the "bad influence" constituency at the East Coast VAC Rally, a big giiant WELCOME! Tradewinds are the best.

You were camping near Paul and Mary Kim I think. I see all our noise and merry-making didn't scare you and your family off. We're looking forward to camping with you again in the future.

Welcome to the cult Mike!

We were the ones parked behind you on the river in the blue trailer.

You were an absolute Saint putting up with our 72-hour block party at your doorstep.

Congratulations on the TW.
