Ummmmmm, No Thank You......
Help yes, any time.
Disney has been a thing for my wife and I, now that we have adopted it is what we like to do even more. It's always best to be prepared - HAVE A PLAN, know your plan, live your plan. It can be a big mess if you don't plan ahead.

Figured! I tried but you did help me find the maps. If anyone has anything else to share that would be great. We have many first timers to WDW.
Disney has been a thing for me for years..just got Shawn on board last year. The airstream helped that along too. We always have a plan.. then again I like to plan for Disney.

BTW - you are doing a great job on this rally. I'm just not an organizer or very polite in some of my responses - don't want to drive off prospective rally go'ers.

And I thought you were volunteering to step up as another organizer with the wealth of info...
Us Disneyworld new-bies need all the guidance we can get.

He is apparently the king of map searching.
I am available to answer questions or help with planning... I love planning. I love planning Disney Vacations even more...it might be an addiction.....

Thanks. With this rally I'm not sure it is possible to drive them off but I'm sure trying not to. Honestly, problems have been rare and mainly caused by disney canceling or rearranging things.

I don't know what questions to ask. Hopefully Andrea will handle most of that. I just hope to find that Disney manages to live up to the hype and that my fears of large numbers of people and long lines are quelled by excellent crowd handling. If all else fails, I'm putting the kids and Andrea with you, Nikki, and I will just sit under the awning and drink beer all day.

You better stock up, because buying beer at the fort will cost you like $7 a piece...disney tax!

We don't travel with less than 10L of wine on board. That'll last us a week :-) Beer is micro stuff usually, so something that I like to buy locally. We like local wine, too. Well, there's not much wine we don't like.

All I can say is when you are there, look at it through your children's eyes. I had been to Disney before when I was 18 and didn't get it. There was no magic. However, when I took my kids the joy and magic just shine through. Also plan your days with the kids endurance in mind....my kids might be able to do a full day at the parks but yours might still need naps.
In our experience during mid-June and Christmas (the busiest time of the year), with proper planning and some acceptance the lines are manageable. Since we are going during the week and in a "value" season, I am hoping most of the lines will be on the smaller side.
How tall are your kids? 48 inches? I can take responsibility for the wife but the kids might come back minor adrenaline junkies.

One thing I can promise you is that after a day in the park you will sleep well....every night. Our first trip we did 16 hours in the Magic Kingdom...thankfully the last 2 were sitting on a curb waiting/watching the parade.
