By the time we get up to Joliet and do walk through we might not be on the road until 3 or 4 putting us at an ETA of 530-630 Friday night. Do you all think sites would still be available? We could be enticed to make our maiden voyage a rally.
This is a 28' with 50 amp if that matters.
Debbie has a number of dishes she could bring we will let you know in next day or so....

I believe airtandem & several others are going Wed. to try to save some spots. When you leave dealer I80 couple of blocks go West to I39 go North towards Rockford to rte. 20 at y to go to wisc. bear left onto rt.20 west to Pcatonica at stop light turn left go 1 mile to blacktop on right side turn right Sewards Bluff park very short dist. on right. super slab all the way good for 1st. trip as rte.20 is 4 lane divided. Hope to see you there Bill

when picking up your NEW AIRSTREAM, make sure that you get the adapter for 30/50; a number of parks will NOT have 50 amp service.
All of us will try to "hold". a spot for you. Hope everything works for you and you can join us.

SchuHouse, looking forward to meeting you. No worries. We'll keep a spot open for you.
We've talked briefly about having a sign made announcing there is a group Airstream Rally in progress in this section of the Park. To that end I'm working on the graphic to send over to the sign place for a quote.
Had dinner with Bruce and Lauren on Friday. She thought she'd bring a Taco Salad and some Dessert.
We're starting to stock the rig for the summer, done a bit of trim work to the trailer and took another day off work, so, we'll be ready to hit the road and be there on Wednesday.
See everyone soon,
Tom

Tom. Thank you. We are looking forward to it.
Debbie has offered to make her home made hummus, normally a crowd pleaser unless you already have enough predinner nibbles.

Does anyone know if dogs are allowed at the Flea Market? Our Air Stream isn't ready, and we just want to come out for the day and meet people.

I called the cabinet maker today to see if my queen to twin bed conversion was done. He said there are only so many hours in a day. ???When we first talked, he said that it would only be a week=end job. 3 full weeks later and told would be another week. I told him we were due to leave on vacation next Wednesday. He said he would try. We might have to sleep on the floor.

Mike, Carol and I may drive up on Saturday. Trailer still not wired so just a drive in the country for us. I am waiting to hear from Tedd Ill about an item he may want me to bring up that way. Ed

Ed. Dentaldiva, Sue, has Teds number and has left him a message.
SchuHouse. Sorry you can't make it. Work really interferes with the important things in life doesn't it. We hold a Fall Rally each year, usually the 1st or 2nd week of October, hope you can make it then.
We'll be out early Wednesday afternoon and start setting up sites.
See everyone soon,
Tom.

I will not be making it out for the Rally. Still recovering from a bought with diverticulitis from 3 weeks back. I over did it at work on Wednesday and am paying for it still.
Have fun!!!

Sorry Tedd; there is still time to recoup. There is almost a week to go. Further more, you and Sue are/were the "senior" members.

The truck and trailer were all loaded up for the Camping Season today.
1 week from now we'll be sittting around the fire relaxing after over-indulging ourselfs at the Potluck.
The 10 day forecast looks good with temps in the 60's with a slight chance of rain. Looks like a nearly perfect weekend is in store for us.
Remember, no reservations needed. As always Forums Rallys are open to anyone regardless if you have trailer or not. Feel free to hitch up and spend a night or two or just drop in and say Hi.
See everyone next week,
Tom
