Doesn't the balloon rally overlap with Jackson next year? Or do you not stay there the whole week?

see, the "too much information" was really a cry to get the rallies scheduled so they fit my schedule.

no, the 4CU rally at the Fiesta is 4-8 October. Hence, the possible use of commercial air to make it work...

Jeff: I didn't get to give you the reservation paper: you left Sunday before we got back from Volcano, but we plan another Thursday to Monday, and really liked #22.
(Love those Puegeot photos too!)

Just realized that the WBCCI region 12 rally in Lodi is the same weekend as Jackson

Dilemma: stay at the home town rally or go have fun at Jackson? Wish these were on different weekends so I could enjoy both!

What to do?

Stay at one and visit the other? Who has the best potluck?

Hi Michelle,
After reading your post I tried to figure out what a WBCCI rally was. Can you enlighten us newbies? Where in Lodi would this rally be held?
Thank you
Tiffany

Wally Byam Caravan Club International WBCCI.net.
Wally Byam was the maker of Airstreams and did many caravans including overseas.
You must own an airstream (or Argosy) to be a member. The red numbers you see on the end caps are WBCCI. Blue numbers are Airforum
The club is always looking for new members, I am in the region 12 NorCal group and I can get you more info. The difference between airforum and WBCCi is the formality, rules and dues.

The lodi regional rally is going to be at the grape festival grounds.

The Jackson Rancheria RV Resort is extremely popular and is frequently sold-out on a daily basis. It is also rated as one of the best parks in California. Reservations are required very early.

Reservation Polices for 2013

1. All nights must be pre-paid to Jeff (Coastalview) no later than August 1, 2013!
2. A cashier’s check, personal check, money order, or Paypal utilizing personnel transfer are accepted.
3. All extra nights before and after the rally must be reserved and paid for through Jeff.
Jeff has reserved a limited number of sites for 10/9, 10/10 prior and 10/13 and 10/14 and 10/15 after the rally
dates of 11-13, 2013
4. Camping fees are $25.00 a night. This is a huge discounted rate!
5. We must report our final numbers on August 1, 2013.
6. A standby list will be created after all sites are full. If there are cancellations, we will fill from the standby list in
order in which it was filled.

Cancellation Polices for 2013

• Reservation fees are fully refundable if cancelled BEFORE August 31, 2013
• One night’s fee will be charged if you cancel ON or AFTER September 1, 2013 and is not refundable
• NO REFUND if cancelled after October 1, 2013
If cancelled after October 1, the site is paid for and will stay vacant during the rally to avoid a white box inside our group. (This policy will go into effect if your site cannot be filled prior to October 10, 2013 with an individual on the standby list) Restrictions apply.
Site assignments are subject to change without notice. Site requests will be honored if possible. Please understand we may have to change site assignments to consolidate the group as the rally approaches. I will notify you if there is a site change request for your site.

Procedures for Making Reservations and Payment

1. Decide which nights you will be staying at Jackson Rancheria
2. Figure out your fee by “number of nights” X $25.00
3. Send Jeff an email Coastalview@netzero.com for his address to mail a check or if using Paypal
4. Pay for ALL nights you are staying at the Rancheria byAugust 1, 2013!
5. Please include the following information with payment:
Forum name:
Real names:
Site request:
Dates paid for:
Your email address:
Phone number that you can be contacted:

You will receive a confirmation email within a few days from Jeff.
Reread the above cancellation policy. Email Jeff ASAP to cancel.

See you there!

Hi, yikes! Are the spaces all booked and it's standby? We'd like four nights, 10-15th...

Can we be added to the standby list? Jackson is so close to home we would hate to miss it if there is room.
