This is just killing me that we can't make this one, but for sure we are going to make the fall rally.

Wish you could make the Springstream, Becky, maybe it will work out. Look at it this way. If you can't make spring, you should have plenty of time to have your entire coach brightly polished by fall.

Let's kick it up a notch
This rally recipe calls for an extra measure of fun.
Only 14 weeks, much to do and even more to say…
Trust me, there’s lots of ground to cover.
You should stay up late and work on the mundane,
and you don’t even need permission from ya’ mother.
There are so many details to discuss.
All those plans to make & maps to consult,
not to mention menus and cornmeal mush.
This is not vintage science but how can you rally
unless you plan everything, from the size
of your cinnamon buns to what makes us happy.
Here is a sampling of what lies ahead,
It all needs attention & there is much to be said,
but only if you want to make this thread long & phat.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
What color towels should we bring or is it hats that must match?
Who will baby-sit and feed dogs & cats while some of us are shaking out door mats?
Don’t forget the candy (color is first, sugar-free is last).
Even those “stinking” badges will make an appearance, just wait and see.
For some it is flamingoes all pink and bright, others will stick with their big Christmas lights.
If competition spins your wheel, we’ll choose sides and see who can deal.
Coffee or tea? Don’t look at me! We’re bringing beer and a movie that’s rated PG.
If you've got flags that's really ok but no one will frown if you just take a break.
We need a Committee of Three; their job’s to make sure we get a lot of stuff free.
That’s enough for now; I think you see what I mean!
Even if you are allergic to lists, remember one thing;
when it’s over, it’s not really over.
When we are back home and reliving the fun
you can keep posting and posting some more
‘cause these forum rallies are never quite done.

We have not attended the North GA rally in Hiawassee before and just went to our first forum rally last week which was the 2007 Flroida Canopener and had a great time and met lots of nice people. Looks like some of those same people will be at this rally. It would be nice to meet back up with them and also meet some new folks. There is lots of fun at these rallies . So if work doesn`t prevent we will try to make it but I won`t know for sure until a little later in February.Davis

This is a large park, so even if you wait you should still get a spot, although maybe not in the primo area. It should be another fun weekend ...hope you can attend.

It's always good to see you Kathy. So what about Renetta and Tom?[/quote]
Don't know about them yet. Tom needs to wait on this decision because of traveling so much with his job. Hopefully they will be there.

Cool, the rally is growing. Camperski, you've got quite a selection of vintage favorites. Can't wait to see them.

If y'all haven't seen Camperski's website, you need to go take a look. Pay close attention to the last item on the page and read the by-laws closely. There's a lot of folks that could take a lesson there.
Jim
P.S. I got my vacation approved for the rally weekend. Now all I need is a working camper.
