+ Unfortunately ignoring it is just what the Leadership is hoping for. If apathy towards this issue becomes the standard it will eventually pass. At this point we have a choice. Do we want to belong to a highjacked thread or a highjacked Club. +
looks like some of these comments have really hit a "thor" spot!

The 'thor spot" is up there and may cause "discontent and disharmony"
You not only run the risk for standing in the corner but might also get a letter from the Clubs Lawyers to "cease and desist".

It appears some feel it's best "Demonstrating absurdity by being absurd". We must remember this is not the first (nor most likely the last) time this issue has come up for a vote. The whole thing is so sad that you have to laugh at it or it would drive you nuts!
Let them pass the thing once and for all, then everybody just do as they please in any type of trailer/moho/van/etc... What are they going to do, Lock you up? Throw you out of the club? WHO CARES!!!!!!
I'm still a member, would love to see it remain a Airstream only club, but we all have better things to do with our time than to keep fighting this stupid issue over and over and over!
Hey, people are learning you don't need the club to have fun with other Airstreamers. I and another person are heading up a vintage Airstream caravan for 10 days later in June out National Road.
I personally hoped someone could create an Airstream that was like the "Mammoth Car" from the old "Speed Racer" cartoon. Now that would be COOL!!!
Enjoy the fight, I'll sit back, watch and laugh from the sidelines this time.

The pix of the "NEW Airstream MOHO" remind me of the old VW buss MOHO. Or has this been covered? How soon will someone put a AS shell on a Van body?

My wife gets these "junk" catalogs. I opened one today "Solutions" and on page 28 is of all things a tent. A 65 VW bus. how funny!! Maybe an AS will be next.

When we arrived at Edisto Beach SP in late February, a VW rally was just ending. So cool to see those!
Some highly painted and restored, others showing varying degrees of wear. Never seen so many in one place before. 
Hijacking has now ended.

just a thought - the VW groups and the AS groups seem to have a bit in common. maybe if we join with VW it will scare away the huge MOHO's?

With the masses preparing to converge on Huron, SD (one of the Units I belong to is leaving tomorrow to caravan up there), those of us who are wisely in opposition to the MoHo issue— and even those who foolishly are in favor of it— all have little left to do but wait anxiously for the motion to be defeated. There's not much left to be said on-topic that hasn't been said. I guess going off-topic is just the literary equivalent of thumb-twiddling while we wait.
But please, let's not thumb-wrestle when we should be thumb-twiddling…
