That seems like a fairly long list of issues, but many have paid more for less.

If you want a project that you can invest in a little bit at a time, go for it. But you can probably get a similar trailer with all of that stuff intact and working for $5000-$7000. If you plan to fix all of that, it will add up fast, especially if you farm out the paint job.

I gave 1200.00 for my 24' that is going to need an awning, refer and water heater, plus paint and tires. All my electrical and water worked though. I still thought I got a steal. Go for it

I paid $1200 for a 24'-68 Tradewind, with all of that and more and no title. I was delighted to find it. 10 months later I'm still working on her but have moved in.
Don't let it go.

I paid $400 for a '74 with about the same problems. Got about $2000 in it now with just the paint removed on the outside. Still needs paint and has no title, still working on that.

I would suggest adding a few dollars and stepping up the ladder a rung or two.
You will invest many hours and many dollars very fast. That one piece of glass
could turn into a real pain by itself. IMHO

It depends on how Handy you are and if you want to camp or wrench. Ken's right though. Refurbishment, while rewarding, is very time consuming and gets expensive quickly. My wife said I spent more time with the trailer than her the past two summers, and i started with a fully functional trailer. So, the price is not bad, but you get what you pay for. Good Luck, George.

I had to edit this post. Also, a curved front window is approx. $700.00

In my humble opinion, It is almost always cheaper in money and time to buy a complete or nearly complete unit than to refurbish. But if you do get it post up some photos!
