bathroom replcement

i was reading a conversation abought the Airstream Sovereign removing the front dashbord and framing it in then replacing it with door skins i have a 69 airstream overlander and a tree fell on the back side it left a big dent in the back and it receved a bigtime crack in the bathroom upper fiberglass
so i striped it down to just the aluminum and my question is what kind of covering should i pute back on the inside of the bathroom help you can email me at sbreide471@msn.com if you care to
