Newbie - water pump noise

How exactly do I bleed the lines? I too am having the same problem in my 19' Bambi. At low speeds the water pump sounds like a jack hammer. Is there a valve I need to open under the dinette seat where the pump is located? I remember seeing drain valves near the water heater under the bed also?

I made some mods referenced in the first thread and happy with the improvement. I believe much of the noise as the late IDROBA indicated are due to the elbows and other connections banging on the floor or diamond plate. I still have some shuddering but it sounds like it is under the shower, so I'm done and have moved on.

I am not sure about the variable pumps but there are options to quiet the pumps. I have used the water pump quite a bit and the shure-flo quieting kit does help. Before the wall/water lines vibrated every time the pump pressurized the lines- two seconds-then again. Now you can hear the pump run but without the wall vibrations quieting the use down.

Same issue here...not so much a banging as a thumping noise. Water pressure is fine, but water pressure seems OK.

Several people have suggested opening the cabinet where water pump is located. In my 2015 30 foot Flying Cloud (rear twin configuration) - where should I look for the pump?

Mine is underneath the wardrobe. Doors are disguised as panels with no handles. Just reef on the edge.

Try isolating the output hose from the pump with some bubble pack or foam. The noise may well be the hose banging against the floor or wall as the pump pulsates to supply water.

Camco makes a flex hose kit and an accumulator tank that could be added to the system to help reduce noise. Search Amazon for them...

A lot of the noise could be piping banging on floor or cabinet sides, and the pump being screwed down on the floor. Isolation mounts for the pump and come rubber-lined clips to keep piping from vibrating can also help.
