Did some dry camping in Big Bend National Park TX last week. Used the water pump often and the noise was so loud we thought we were bothering neighbors. Went outside and listened and could hear it quite a lot. Tightened down the screws holding it to the floor. All bushings seem to be in place. Not always the same level of noise, seems to vary but still always loud. Under warranty, should I take it in for an appt?

My 2012 25FB is also very loud. The factory uses the cheapest pump with no regard to real sound control. I plan on buying a Flojet Quiet Quad II, mounting it on a thick sub-plate. I glue an older heavy mouse pad under the sub-plate. I split some pipe insulation and slide over the in and out hoses for as far as I can. I then try to secure the pump lightly either through the sub plate with new rubber grommets or insulated straps. You might also need some additional padding in the compartment.
Ours is rather loud, too, and I think that is just the nature of the beast. There is only just so much room under there.
While I have worried a bit about bothering neighbors, I have also noticed that I can hear neighbors' pumps, big rigs and small, kick on and off, as well.
One of those things we all learn to tolerate.

Our issue is the middle of the night bathroom runs that tend to wake everyone else up due the loudness of the pump. It is what it is but it can be much. I have done it to all our old trailers as well.

Yep, that happens to us, too.
Only one of us, who shall remain unnamed but isn't me , regularly is up in the night. The other of us is awakened by the pump every time.
Ahh well, that's why we would only travel with a potty!
