Airsurfer,
Like to see pics as well. Thinking of downsizing to a 23FB as we get older but the dinette as it sits now (no pun intended) is a potential deal killer.

It’s really your choice. We had a 19’ Bambi Ocean Breeze and upgraded to a 23’ FCFBQ. We just returned from a 10,000 mile trip to Denali, Alaska with some friends who had a newer, but identical trailer. They also upgraded from a shorter Airstream. In the end we both concluded this was the right trailer for our style of camping. What we like. Tandem axles, great bathroom, and being able to get into any spot. We both got rid of the wrap around dinette and put in a larger custom table anchored to the wall. This made a huge difference. We towed with a Yukon Denali and our friends towed with a Toyota Tundra Crew Cab. Both the trailers and tow vehicles performed great.

Here are a couple of photos. The table is anchored to the wall with 3/4” aluminum channel and rivets. The pedestal is also used for stability. Our son made our table with 3/4” bird’s eye maple. Any 3/4” material may be used. Our cost was under $300.
Greenjeans, take a look at the Coleman Camp Oven, it fold away, easy to,pack portable and uses a small propane bottle. It actually works pretty well for the limited baking when not using a dutch oven over fire.
