Wobbly dinette table - 30FB bunk

I have a 2019 30FB bunk. The dinette table is adjustable with sliders to move it horizontally, but they sliders have a lot of play in them. When the table was slid in to the normal position it sagged and had a lot of up and down play to it. I determined I needed a shim to support the table and I am happy with the results. I had a .560” thick piece of stainless steel. It was a jaw from a michinist vise that I had on hand. I used double sided foam tape to keep it in place. I can still slide the table back and forth and now it sits level.

Thumbs up wobbly dinette table

Thanks for posting this. I just purchased a 2020 bunk and am having the same issue. Looks like a good fix. I'm thinking of taking the slide out to make the table more stable, but this looks even better. Has it held up well for you the past couple of years? No issues with the shim restricting the sliding movement of the table when you do slide it?

Thanks again for the post.

Hello,

Just curious if you completed this modification or something similar to address your issue with your table wobble?
