Congratulations. I know you will love it as much as I love my 2017. Hang in there with the process of getting enough hot water to take a normal shower. It is possible regardless of what Airstream says. Read through the Much Ado About Alde and the mixing valve process. It may take more than a couple of days of tweaking. Don't give up. Take small steps. Some Classics were set up better than others so you may only need to do a few things or small adjustments. Others, like mine, weren't set up at all so it took a long time for me to achieve 14 minute showers with steamy hot water but it was sooooo worth it.

Hi

Congratulations !!!

If you are still at the dealer, pick up a couple of bottles of the blue Alde fluid. My 2017 took several bottles (like > 4) to top up the system.

Hi

One warning that I'm *sure* was conveyed to you as part of the purchase process:

Your grass needs tending. Being out camping in the trailer 99.9% of the time makes this difficult. AS accepts no liability for your overgrown lawn ....

Bob ... looking at the long grass .... packing for another trip ....

Hot water should be addressed in thread on the Alde in this section. I took the Wally back and use a 211z. Works fine.

If you're dishnet is hooked to the satellite connection you have to turn off the trailer antenna located behind and to the right of the television.

Hi

Assuming the 2018 is the same as the 2017:

You have two F connectors under a cover on the side of the trailer. One is "cable" the other "sat". The cable one switches with the antenna preamp switch. The "sat" goes to a loose coax behind the entertainment system. You get at it by pulling three screws at the base of the system. There's also a 12V cable and a few other odds and loose ends back there.
