Good bye …

My wife and I are sad.

Just got the call from our insurance company and our 23FB is a total loss from a hail storm in April.

But there’s a silver lining. Since we had total loss replacement looks like we’re getting a 2019!

Pretty happy about that.

Now on for the next adventure. And another international signature 23FB. Hopefully in salsa.

Yeah. I saw that.

Ugh.

There’s one with salsa available in Michigan. Just not sure what the insurance company will do for us.

Hmmm, yes, I was going to suggest finding one now on a dealer's lot b/c that's all there is left. Might want to let insurance know.

Thank goodness for RVtrader.com ...

I gave the adjuster the info, but he doesn't typically handle the replacement aspect of the transaction; we'll see what happens.

Next to call our bank we have her financed with. Ugh.

I wonder how much your "totalled" one will go for at the salvage auction. I would totally take a "dimpled" one. ;-)

The adjuster believes it’s valued at $20k at salvage. If I had the expertise and time I would totally buy back at he salvage rate and do the work myself.

But that’s not me!
