2012 FC 23D purchased from original owner in December 2016 in Atlanta, who purchased it new from Colonial Airstream. Simply said, great condition. Original owner removed the plastic retractable shower door in favor of a shower curtain, which works much better; installed black counter tops, and dark gray vinyl tiling over the original light wood looking sheet vinyl. During our ownership we have added the street side awning, new remote controlled fantastic vent fans, external fan covers, new brake assemblies all around, Easy Start on the AC, and new batteries about 2 months ago. All appliances and mechanics work properly, except for the ghost in the TV, meaning it needs to be replaced. Included in sale is an Arvika Bike Rack. Tires about 2 years old.
