Three years ago, I bought this beautiful trailer to restore and live in while I attended grad school at Southern Miss. I have enjoyed my time living in it as a “full timer.” I've listed below some of the things I've done on it. Of course, I have a clear title w/ extensive paperwork.

New Curtains w/ snap tape
New Flooring with extra tiles
New Thetford Toilet
New Bathroom countertop
Original Bathroom Sink & Tub
New Suburban LP Water Heater (electric start)
Original LP Tanks w/ new valve/nozzle
New LP switchover system
New deadbolt lock on door, new weatherstripping
New original "wedding cake" style brake lenses
New running lights
Original working magnetic trailer brakes
New Shock absorbers (all 4)
New 9-pin trailer towing light and brake plug
New Valtera septic connection

THE BAD:
ZipDee Awning fabric needs to be replaced.
12v water pump is new, but hasn't been wired and plumbed in to work
Windows need to be replaced, but none leak
Bathroom exhaust fan works, but has been jerry-rigged
