THE GOOD:
-Range/Stove that works, ORIGINAL
-Gas Light, ORIGINAL, has gas & doesn't leak
-Refrigerator
-Front frame, Rewelded the front frame and reattached the monocoque shell to it
-Couch, ORIGINAL, recovered w/ new foam added for extra comfort
-NEW Counter tops, professionally made
-Kitchen faucet, NEW
-Sink, ORIGINAL, cleaned and reused
-light fixtures, ORIGINAL, repainted
-Extensive wood interior, ORIGINAL, completely stripped, sanded, restained and polyurethaned
-Curtains, NEW, complete with snap tape
-Curtain rods, ORIGINAL, sanded, repainted, rewaxed for smoothness
-NEW floor (w/ extra tiles)
-Foam Beds, original?, washed, dried, Febrezed and both sleep comfortably
-NEW Thetford toilet, original porcelain toilet available if you want to restore it
-NEW Countertop, matches kitchen, professionally made
-Sink & tub, ORIGINAL, cleaned and reused
-LP tanks, ORIGINAL, sanded and repainted
-Door, replaced double seal, added deadbolt lock

THE BAD:

-Needs new battery, but trickle charger still works
-Exterior aluminum could use a nice shine!
-Water heater needs to be fixed or replaced
-ZipDee awning ripped and need replacement cloth, but has original working frame
-12 volt water pump doesn't work, could be "user error" since it's relatively new
-Many windows need to be replaced, but none leak!
-Bathroom exhaust fan, currently jerry-rigged, but could use a quality replacement
-A/C needs new cover/shroud, and dirt daubers need to be cleaned out
