Domestic Thermostat Adjustment.

We have a 2013 Flying Cloud 25 Front Bedroom-Twin. I'm trying to turn on our heater and both the heater and air conditioner come on. I have tried everything and don't know what I am doing wrong. Please help. John Taggart.

Your Dometic manual should have a section on doing a hard reboot of the stat, which will hopefully get it functioning correctly. There are other threads on this, and I will look for them later when I am back home.
