Talking Airstream Accessories ‘kind of’

I have hadn’t have much time lately to do much with the Airstream but I have added a few goodies. First the Airstream wouldn’t fit in the driveway so I bought a house that was setup to keep an RV in the driveway and it’s working out real nice. That was okay but it was sort of lonely rattling around the house and the Airstream by myself. As it turned out I found a wonderful lady and got married. With my Cocker Spaniel and her two cockers she is really keen in using the Airstream so that are ‘children’ can travel with us. We hope to have the Airstream ready for action by Memorial Day and if that goes well then we will try for Denver in June and hopefully spent a day at the rally in NM. I think it would be appropriate to change my user name to reflect my new status. Does anyone know if that is possible or do I just create a new account? I sure I will be on the forums much more because I have a lot of ‘fixen’ on the Airstream. You folks are always ready to give a cyber hand with thing get tough.
Regards
Bill n Kat

SH,

Hello to another Austinite! I hear you on having your baby close to the house! It is interesting how much some of us will do to facilitate having an A/S. I actually bought a house with a corner lot to have plenty of parking when prepping for trips and the ability to add a side drive to store my Overlander which I put in recently, no permits, just did it! I had considered moving up into a more upscale neighborhood just recently but decided not to, didn't want to deal with HOA's and snooty neighbors. Out of the city but still close enough to the action!! Planted shrubs to shield my silver bullet just to soften the presence a bit but did have to move my purple martin house away, they were crappin' all over my beauty!!

Keep Austin weird

Buying a house for the Airstream. Who ever heard of something like that? Austin must have some weird people....
Bill you could write the Admin about changing your user name or just create a new one.

You may want to rethink that.

We have 30 acres, and a big problem. A glut of Airstreams.

Our latest one (32'): we must widen the loop on the driveway, and even that, I am not sure we will be able to turn in one shot. I guess a total length of 60' does not help.

Parking these things is a problem, moving them around a bigger pain.
You can see our PIX on our "moving day saga"

You mean, something like the following PIX is a no-no? (about a week stay in south Jersey suburbia. Electric wire strung through tree to run fridge. We stayed in house though)

I'm liking your accessories! Congratulations of the airstream, house, wife and the new "step-children"!!! Now go put in a new floor or something.
