Steps need bolts

I have a 1973 Excella 500 and it has a broken step. It needs two bolts to attach the arm to the top step so it can stay open in the "step" position.. instead of just hanging there.

I'm not sure which bold it is exactly, I just got it and I saw some on airstreamsupply.com, and wasn't sure which bolts I needed to get.

Anyone know exactly?

Howdy!
A call to the Mothership will get the specifics for you. In our 1999, they nailed it first try!

Good luck!

That is where I got my parts, too. I used info from Airstream customer support to get the correct ones. Or I just got lucky.. Don't forget the washers, etc. and use Blue Loctite on the threads.

Airstream Double Step

Open the above link, then click on the blue spot on the part of the step that you need and you will be linked to that specific part

I would stay away from airstream supply if you can. Customer service isn't so great. Inland on the other hand has been a pleasure.

Be careful on ordering the parts. When I went to the local A$ dealer to order those parts, my wife was with me and she found a new A$. There is a BIG difference between $25 and $5k
