Drawtite front hitch

Has anyone installed a Draw-Tite FRONT hitch for their TV? I’ve got a Greenspeed trike which I’d like to travel with and a front truck hitch seems to be the only viable option.
My truck bed has a Honda 3000 gen box taking space. But I could swap it out and carry the gen on the front hitch, but I’m concerned with air flow to my truck grill. A bike shouldn’t impede airflow like a big alum box.

If you’ve mounted the Draw Tite or any other derivative hitch, what are your thoughts on them? Any issues which might deter me from going this route? TIA

I had one on my first generation Titan and carried two bikes on it over 70000 miles. Other than filthy bikes, it worked well.

Installed one on my new Titan XD but haven't hung the bikes on it yet.

Some folks say you will get grumped at in some states but I never did.
