But it's perfect for the TW. It's a dual liner model, 1 trash bin and 1 recycle bin. has a large opening that stays open a bit and slowly closes. It fits neatly under the fold up shelf and does not need to be moved to open the couch to the bed. It's from Bed Bath and Beyond for anyone interested. MPJ
gulp, it was expensive, like 170ish. i had a 20% off coupon and i think it ended up being $134.00 . I know, I know, but, A. it had to fit the space I had, B. it had to take both garbage and recycle, C. it must be a can with a lid, the dog (Ronin beast) loves to explore, loves paper towels, need I say more, and D. it had to look good. We empty the trash every night and use liners so smell is a non-issue. MPJ
Nice product- They make good quality stuff, we have one of their smaller units, its Simple Human. If you're going to have to look at it, its worth getting one you like.
Our German landlord gave us a similar size trash can for a week's worth of trash when we lived in a small Bavarian village many years ago. I had to take trash to work several times a week because we couldn't get our volume of trash down to what a German family used each week. I have the same problem to this day, having to haul trash out of the Airstream every day like Santa. So a trash can of this size, while nice to look at, isn't really more than a fancy way of hiding the great big bag of trash we generate every day.
