Floor safe

Yesterday I read a post that asked the location of a floor safe in the Airstreams. I did not know I had one and wish now that I didn't since the wife now is letting curosity get the best of her. We have located the safe but is there any way of getting a key for them? I don't think she can sleep anymore!Pete

The last "surprise discovery" floor safe I remember reading about in these forums was laboriously opened to discover the key safely locked inside it if I remember correctly...

Google is your friend; I would but I am goofing off instead of finishing the front porch carpentry... Oops, busted... back to work!

Take your rig over to the locksmith. He can either make a key from the markings on the lock or pick it.

I used to own your unit and left $8,000.00 in the safe. You owe me a beer the next time we camp together.
