They hold fine during transport and are part of the command strip line.
We have small pictures and just clip them on, easy to change out the decor as we have a bunch of pictures.....makes for easy swap out and no added costs for replacing the strips themselves.
Depending a lot on the "artwork" you might consider a "plastic coat" process to keep it very light weight. That works fine for photographs or other easily duplicated stuff. It probably is not what you want to do to your original Picasso drawings. Frames tend to add a bit of weight (and size). Both are less than ideal in an RV.

Other is a pic thats not framed actually plannwd to replace the frame and other is just a poster ive had for couple years and haven’t put up being i dont want to ruin it doing so being we arent living in a place we will be long term.
