Boondocker conversion

Hello,
We purchased a Boondocker Converter and an F9 fuse box from BestConverter and thought that would be everything we needed to connect and update the battery/converter/fuse panel, but there appears to be a small stand alone fuse relay of some sort (50amp?) that the positive battery cable runs to, and then that runs to the converter.

Currently, there is a black wire connected to both of those connections, but our wiring is a mess, so I wouldnt say that's the way it came from the factory.

Would someone with a '77 Argosy 28 center bath mind sharing a photo of your update converter/electrical set up so we can see what it SHOULD look like?

Cannot tell from your photo, but 120v power goes TO the converter and 12V power goes FROM the converter to the 12V fuse panel and battery (with battery disconnect in between). The 50amp breaker/fuse is probably in the 12v line. Generally, black wires are positive and white are negative/ground. Individual 12v circuits (load) go FROM the fuse panel.

Sounds like the battery disconnect is the part we didnt realize was in play...

Actually, I cannot tell if you have a disconnect or not. What I was trying to say is you should add one if there is not one already. Attached is a wiring diagram I roughly sketched out just to ensure I wired everything the way I wanted it. I am sure there are different approaches. Hope it helps
