Sewer hook-up

I have a 1977 argosy trailior. The sewer outlet is about 1/4"-1/2" too big to fit the standard 3" sewer hose. Any suggestions for an adapter. The RV store I tried checked several cataloges and din't seem to find anything. Help the holding tank is filling fast.

I'm not 100% sure what you are talking about but it sounds like a classic problem. Google 89-8295 and see it that will help.

Thetford to Valterra adaptor

I wonder if this would be what helps:
T05-2285VP Universal Adapter 3 Inch Thetford Hooks X 3 Inch Standard Bay Lugs Camper Trailer RV

we got it thru American RV Company to let our Thetford adapt to a newly purchased sewer hose.
