66 Safari Black Water tank

Hi
I need a black water tank and toilet for my 66 Safari. Used is OK. any ideas where to find one? I have the old tank, and the top is all brittle and breaking. I suppose it could be repaired, but it looks a little fragile. I have heard of Airstream wreckers, does anyone know where they are?

Welcome to the forums! You might give these guys a try - they're in the Olympia area: http://www.olywa.net/singletonsrv/

Good luck with your Safari, and hope to see you on the road one day!

Try Here.

This link http://www.airforums.com/forum...ter-12785.html has allot of info. Three pages of links to different companies that sell and make black tanks. Now if someone out there knows the dimensions for your black tank that would be great. Our 67 came with a Sealand Toilet. They a still being sold and you can find them with a web search.

Hello,

I am needing a tank for a 1966 Overlander. Are these tanks an 'off the shelf' solution, or is there a specific tank needed for this coach? Does anyone know the capacity of this tank?

The tank depot, for example shows a lot of stock sizes.

Thanks,

JMG
