Need that retro awning look

I have a 60' Overlander and want to replace my awning fabric. My fabric is beige/white verticle 4" stripe. I would like to buy a premade awning but cant find anything but modern horizontal stripes. I'm willing to fabricate my own if I can find the right size stripe and color and would like to make my own smaller awnings for individual windows. Anybody have any solutions?

Have you checked the Sunbrella fabrics? TThey have a pretty large selection of fabrics.

Click on "fabric showroom" in upper left corner. It will open a new window displaying all of their fabrics. Select 'awning' and scroll down to view them all.

Also try here for ready made pole awnings:

By vertical stripes, you do mean the ones that radiate outward from the trailer? Horizontal stripes go along with the sides of the trailer, front-to-back. I'd hate for you to order something, and get a nasty surprise.
If that's a Care-Free awning (it looks like it is), you can even get the fabric from Camping World.

awning

I have the fabric you are looking for. It is 46" wide Sunbrella 9.25 ounce acrylic fabric. It is heather beige and natural stripe. I already have it cut into lengths to make a vintage look rope and pole awning with valances. It would make an 8'x8' awning with left over yardage for window awnings.Kristi

How wide is each stripe? I have found the 2 1/2 inch stripe from sunbrella ,but can not find 4" stripe to match original. How much are you asking for the fabric? My awning is 16'X8' ,but I would like to start by making the smaller individual awnings out of matching fabric.

Sunbrella 4956 6-Bar

Sunbrella Central has it for $15.06 a yard with free shipping. It is called Sunbrella 4956 Heather beige stripe 6-Bar.The stripes are 3 3/4" wide. It probably doesn't match what you have exactly so you will need to order enough to make everything. I just wanted to let you know that the pattern is still available because I just purchased mine a short while ago. Hope this makes your search a little easier. Please share your window awning ideas. I would like to make some myself. KF
