Reliable repair folks in my area? Thanks!

Hey good folks~

Seeking recommendations for SKILLED Airstream techs/repair services somewhere in the area (North Carolina or surrounding states). My go to folks for past advanced jobs has been Out Of Doors Mart in Greensboro, however they have a new service manager and he says they don’t have the capacity to address my subfloor damages (which is a surprise given how common an issue it is). Haven’t had success with folks at Capitol City Customs in Raleigh returning my communications (maybe not a big enough renovation job?).

I did a lot of repairs and caulking myself 4 year back when this 81 Excella came into my life. After full-timing in place all this while I’ve realized there’s some residual leaks, particularly around back belly band and I just don’t feel like I have the skills or patience to try again. Needing to get it back in living condition by April when my current temporary housing runs out! HUGE THANKS for any leads given your PERSONAL positive experiences!

By the way, here’s the repair work I need:

- Replace water damaged sub-flooring (2 sheets of plywood) at rear of camper
- Re-caulk area underneath rear belly band
- Replace water damaged sub-flooring at front corners of camper (a few smaller soft spots)
- Replace A/C unit and re-flash roof junction as necessary
- General inspection of common exterior leak spots for re-caulking needs
- Evaluate function of water pump (I think there’s a small crack from a freeze)
- Evaluate function of LP space heater (check thermocouple)
- Evaluate function of refrigerator (propane works but not electric; consider replacing)
- Inspect and re-certify propane tanks and check gas lines for leaks
