Manual adj vs (SA) self adj.
Manual brakes are the KISS version and require periodic adjustment like real old school classic drum brakes. The SA design is to eliminate periodic adjustment. If you search you will see a series of SA brake system failures. I replaced on for a fellow AS'er after parts came undone and rolled around. I believe Dexter has revised a component or two is the SA system.
