Cool A/C Low Power Issue

I have an 1988 Excella 1k.

My Coleman Delta TX decided to do a number on me today.

Started Vibrating. Red Light came on.

Went for the manual. Followed instructions. Let it try to cycle a bit.

Now I have an expensive fan.

Any good news for me?

Thanks,
Perry
