While I will admit, I don’t have an Airstream, but bear with me. I am the owner of
1955 Rod and Reel travel trailer that I am restoring. I am posting because I need help with rewiring a Marvel Fridge for the trailer. I found this thread 1958-marvel-refrigerator-restoration-19111.html that was posted some 16 years ago here on the Airstream forum, and the OP is probably long gone, but I figured posting was worth a shot.
I really need help with the rewiring more than anything else. Any ideas you have would be appreciated. I already posted the details here

Still, maybe someone here can give me a jumpstart. Clearly some sort of hub needs to be created like a junction box. There is a single strand of wire coming from the thermostat that is between two other wires. All the cables are just two wires, but that wiring coming from the thermostat and door switch curiously has three. Not sure what that is or how to wire it with the others.
