First Outting 2005 Enchanted Desert Bluegrass Festival Albuquerque, NM

Had the first outting of 2005 over the past weekend. Travelled to Albuquerque, NM for the Enchanted Desert Bluegrass Festival.
Performing was Dave Peterson & 1946, and Blue Highway as the nationally prominent bands.
I was the only Airstream there.....maybe next year, more of you will come take part if I will think to get the word out.

Wow! Since I was able to start a thread, I will add some pics!
First is Dave Peterson & 1946...then my trailer in the camp area, then the view from the camp area down to the stage and balloon launch area, then Blue Highway on stage, and next some balloon pics.
Every morning people came down and launched balloons. If you have not ever been around hot air balloons much, Albuquerque is Balloon Heaven. It was a nice surprise to wake up each morning right after dawn and watch the balloons launch.

The Bluegrass Festival was put on by Adalante in Albuquerque. They do business services and other things employing handicapped people. They are a non-profit that works with people with disablities.
This was the first festival. They have committed to do it again next year, so I will get the info and post here. Perhaps we can have a bunch of Airstreams show that are bluegrass fans.

I guess thats the story of my life---I drive half way across the country to see a Bluegrass show and miss one in my back yard, I had never heard of this one.
