Anyone near central NC with Olympic Rivet Shaver?

The title says it all. I'm between Roxboro and Durham renovating my '68 Sovereign and am getting to the point where I could use a shave. I would like to rent for a reasonable price, or I can barter with organic veggies and meats from my farm!
I'm definitely willing to drive a ways to not have to pay $200 to buy one.

If you dont have a lot of them you can use a dremel tool after you have cut most of it off with a pair of dykes or similar tool.

If you go with alternative grind-it-down, be gentle, and only remove enough to remove the hazard of the protruding barb - they will wait until you find someone with the correct cutter...
