New electrical system tips

So I've currently got the inside skin removed from my 1978 Argosy. Just about to start electrical and insulation, but I wanted to see if anyone had some tips as to what power source to use for which electrical components in the trailer. I plan to use a mobile 120w solar panel with this system, and two type 27 deep cycle batteries, and a 50 amp (or more) panel with a 50 amp connection cord. I'm not going to install a microwave, but i'm tempted to use a removable electrical range if the weather isn't conducive to cooking outside. So far I've got all of my electrical appliances that i'll need inside except for my lighting. I'd like to find some LED lights with warm light, with an aluminum housing finish, that can also dim. So far all of these that I've found run off of AC, but I'm thinking that if i'm not hooked up to a stable power grid at a campground or at home, that i'll want the lights to run on DC. Anyways, I'm having an electrician do the work, I just want to make sure that I'm getting the right gear for him to hook up before I turn him loose in there. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I would put all lighting on 12v circuits. Advice and dimmers, etc can be found at Led4rv.com. I don't work for them but Dan was most helpful in my led conversion and stand behind his products.

My advice, really think hard about what you want your final layout to be, how you want to live in it, and map it out. Draw a overhead outline of the trailer and figure out where you think you might want outlets. Then map them out on paper. Consider inverter options as well. Plan plan plan, because oncevthecwalls sre back on it s not an easy change.
If you can easily get the 120vac and 12vdc lines all starting in the same area you might want to consider a mighty mini distribution panel.
Plan on using either the rv outlets with the inline connections through the back or regular outlets that you can use the blue shallow box for installing outlets in.
I'm just finishing up my rewire, last breaker and optest tomorrow.
