Inline fuse size off 12v bus

I have a '98 Safari 25' with a blown fuse. The fuse comes straight off the battery bus but I can not find it anywhere in my wiring diagrams.

There was a 1 amp fuse in it and that size just seems too small, especially with the size of wire that is used.

Questions:
1. What is this circuit for?
2. What size fuse is supposed to be in there.

I attached a picture to make this easy.

Thank You

Nevermind, I answered my own question.

It is 1 amp, it goes to the LP Leak Detector....not a good fuse to be blown.

I can't tell you what it was for. If you start walking around the TT and turn things on one at a time. Sooner or later you'll find something that doesn't work. Replace the holder with another 1 amp fuse & see it it works now. That will tell you what it does. When you know what it is, read the instruction for that particular item. That should tell you the proper size of fuse.

If you find a light that doesn't work, keep going till you find out how many lights areout. Check them again with the fuse replaced. This will tell you how many light bulbs are on the circiut. The total amount of watts used will be the indicator of the fuse size.

My guess of the inline fuse would be something added on, not stock. Like a radio, antennea signal booster, audio amp......

Nice detective work. You posted the reply while I was typing in my 2 cents.
