Electrical Wires?

While fixing the floor in my 86 Excella 34', I found this bundle of wires behind the Water Heater. I have no Idea what they are for any suggestions?
Everything was working before I tore into the project, but I would like to know why they were just laying on the floor.
Help please, schematic?

looks like a wire bundle for the holding/water tank sensors - do you have tank monitors that aren't working?

They seem to match the colors of the wires under the floor. Are there cut ends of those wires that would mate up with the ones on the floor?

Mexray:.... Not sure if the monitors work or not, haven't got that far yet. That is way too many wires for the monitors though.

Minno..... They are the same wires. This is the end of them. They come out from behind the interior skin behind the water pump. Can't figure out why there is a hole in the floor either.

Thanks for the quick reply, still looking for an answer

Mexray: You hit the nail on the head. They were the wires for all the holding tanks. Somehow they were worn through above the floor. Not sure how that could happen yet. After splicing all the wires back together and doing a check on the panel the tanks should work now. I haven't used this trailer enough to use all the facilities, so wasn't sure on the sending units working or not. When I checked them at the panel they said "E" so I assumed they were working.
Thanks for the help.
So much knowledge on this forum, all you have to do is ask
