Most Airstream motorhomes with two AC units and a 30 amp only grid power hook up cord were wired so the rear AC only operates on the generator. That is because two AC units on a 30 amp supply cord will overload it.
The only solution to running two at the same time is to either have a professional re wire the coach for a 50 amp supply system and cord, or, if clever, you can put in a transfer switch on the rear AC unit and feed it with a separate 20 amp, 120 volt power cord which plugs into the campground power system "normal" outlet. This would be in addition to the regular 30 amp cord you now have.
